Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 12–24 hours are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations under 12 hours are non-refundable.
Passenger Conduct Policy
Clients are expected to behave respectfully. No smoking, fighting, excessive noise, or illegal substances are allowed. The company reserves the right to end a trip if passenger behavior endangers safety.
Medical Transportation Policy
We offer non-emergency medical transport for ambulatory clients. Drivers are trained to assist passengers with care and discretion. HIPAA guidelines are followed to protect client confidentiality.
Hotel & Resort Transport Policy
We provide scheduled and on-call pickup/drop-off service for hotels and resorts. Arrangements must be coordinated in advance with concierge or hotel managers when possible.
Wait Time & Overtime Charges
A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Afterward, a wait-time fee of $25 per 15-minute increment may apply. Overtime beyond the booked period will be charged at standard hourly rates.
Vehicle Damage & Cleaning Fees
Any damage caused by passengers will be charged to the booking client. Excessive messes (e.g., vomit, spills) may incur a cleaning fee of $150 or more.
Driver Conduct & Confidentiality
All drivers are professionally trained, uniformed, and background-checked. They are required to maintain client privacy and uphold company professionalism at all times.
Liability Disclaimer
Rastoney Limo Services is not responsible for delays caused by weather, road closures, traffic, or uncontrollable events. Our drivers will always act with due diligence to ensure timely service.
HIPAA Compliance (Medical Transport)
All staff involved in medical transport are briefed on HIPAA guidelines and required to protect patient information. No medical details will be shared with unauthorized persons.
Emergency & Incident Reporting
In the event of an accident, injury, or emergency, drivers are required to immediately notify dispatch and contact emergency services as needed. A written report must be submitted within 24 hours.
ID & Verification Policy
Clients may be asked to present valid identification before the trip. Passengers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult unless prior parental authorization is on file.
Invoice & Billing Policy
Institutional clients (hotels, clinics, agencies) may receive invoicing on a bi-weekly or monthly schedule. Payments are due within 15 days of invoice. A 5% late fee applies after 30 days.
Substance Use & Smoking Policy
Smoking, vaping, and illegal drug use are strictly prohibited in all vehicles. BYOB is only allowed in limousines and must be declared at booking. Open containers are not permitted unless local law allows.
Surveillance & Privacy Notice
Some vehicles are equipped with dash-cams for driver and passenger safety. Footage is stored securely and only accessed in case of incidents or disputes. We respect client privacy and follow state privacy laws.
Right to Refuse Service
Rastoney Limo Services reserves the right to refuse or cancel service to any individual displaying aggressive behavior, intoxication, or actions that risk vehicle damage or personal safety.
